After a visit to Arby’s (I know, I know) one day, I started thinking about horseradishes.  I realized that I had never actually seen a horseradish.  What did they look like?  I figured there had to be a reason they were called horseradishes.  I naively envisioned a root with equine characteristics.  Picture my disappointment when I searched Google Images and turned up something resembling a white carrot.  A white carrot.  I was so discouraged, I drew this:
